The first of possibly ten new 2017 homes in the Chatuga Point neighborhood is being built by Bishop Construction on Utsesti Trace. Bishop and the Tellico Village Property Owners Association (TVPOA) are launching this new development following the recent success of the Cheeyo Place Park test program.
The new homes will be concentrated along Utsesti Way and Utsesti Trace. One property has already been sold with two more under contract. Bishop's goal is to complete ten homes in the area by year end 2017. Currently, there are 39 non-revenue generating TVPOA lots located in Chatuga Point..........."

Bishop Construction currently has 3 homes under construction in Tellico Village with 2 more planning to start in February 2017. 2 of the 3 homes are custom build homes projects that are sold and the 3rd home is a spec with a beautiful water view that is available currently.

They will be starting at $239,900 - $295,000. We include many extras and most clients do not have to add much. All the lots are great but the best ones will go fast.
